California Licensed Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Specialist in the California Insurance Policy Domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs
• Develop detailed product change requirements and translate business needs into actionable technical deliverables
• Manage readiness assessments, support UAT, and produce real-time status reports for assigned products

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Specialist, Product Owner, or similar role in P&C insurance
• Strong background in Policy Administration and adjacent domains (Billing, Quoting, CRM, etc.)
• Proven ability to document and lead product change initiatives from scope through implementation
• Experience working in environments transitioning from legacy systems to modern platforms
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a track record of delivering on complex initiatives
