Key responsibilities
- Execute live streaming for various company events and manage multi-channel streaming logistics
- Conduct pre-production planning, including technical meetings and system configuration for complex events
- Monitor and optimize streaming platform performance while leading incident response during live events
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in live event production, broadcast engineering, or streaming operations
- Hands-on experience with professional streaming platforms and video streaming protocols
- Strong knowledge of encoding hardware/software and CDN concepts
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in real-time during live productions
- Basic scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
