Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Professional Liability Attorney, the full-time position will manage litigation involving legal and accounting malpractice, advise clients on risk management and ethics, and collaborate across practice groups in a flexible hybrid or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as lead counsel in litigation related to legal and accounting malpractice and regulatory compliance matters
- Advise clients on risk management, partnership matters, and internal governance
- Proactively manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution, including drafting legal documents and negotiating settlements
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
- 10+ years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on legal and accounting professionals
- Experience managing complex, multi-party litigation and advising on corporate and regulatory matters
- National-level experience with class action and multistate matters preferred
