A company is looking for a Testing and Training Program Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all testing and training program operations to ensure compliance with contractual objectives and performance standards
• Manage team performance, including goal setting, coaching, and professional development
• Oversee the development of accessible courseware and multimedia instructional materials for training programs

Required Qualifications

• Must reside and work in California
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least three years of experience leading a program with an annual budget of $2 million or more
• Minimum of five years of experience supervising teams on statewide programs
• Experience building relationships with executive-level audiences
