Job Summary

As a full-time remote California Licensed Program Director, the successful candidate will manage Associate Directors, lead program strategy and innovation, and ensure program coherence and fidelity while collaborating across departments to enhance student outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop Associate Directors, providing coaching on data-informed leadership and team culture
• Design and implement strategic improvements to program systems and processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Oversee program model fidelity and quality assurance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and student satisfaction

• Proven experience in developing managers and building high-performance team cultures
• Demonstrated change leadership capabilities with a focus on maintaining morale and performance
• Strong systems thinker with expertise in data-driven management and storytelling
• AI literacy and enthusiasm for integrating innovative tools into program practices
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and project management experience across multiple teams
