California Licensed Program Director

Job Summary

Managing internal business projects and programs, the full-time California Licensed Program Director will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery from inception to completion, and engage with external vendors while presenting to C-level executives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and direct project schedules and budgets while monitoring progress and addressing issues
• Lead programs as a Subject Matter Expert, developing business case methodologies and coordinating business strategy implementation
• Provide oversight of strategic and operational portfolios, managing relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in program management
• Strong management and leadership skills with experience presenting to senior executives
• Extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively
