California Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee a County-funded Drug Medi-Cal Residential Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with DMC requirements
• Manage billing targets and optimize staff productivity while maintaining timely data entry and reporting
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks for program improvement and oversee staff training and development

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of staff supervisory or equivalent management experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a residential substance use treatment program or similar behavioral health programs
• Cultural competency and experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and addiction recovery
• Full knowledge of ASAM criteria and its application in Screening/Assessment
• Valid CA Driver License and completion of background checks and health screenings
