Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hub Program Manager for the Office of Data Centers (ODC).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Data Center office buildings and identify triggers for new buildings
• Develop and manage the conceptual delivery plan, including design coordination with partners and vendors
• Monitor cost and schedule progress, ensuring alignment with business agreements and executive presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in program or project management
• 5 years of experience in design coordination or construction project management
• 5 years of experience in planning, design development, or real estate development
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
