Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational transformation initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Provide oversight and strategic direction to Product Managers for alignment with transformation goals
• Support training for Product Managers on operational concepts and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Healthcare Performance Improvement/Operations and/or Healthcare Product Management
• Supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a scientific field
• Master's degree in public health, healthcare administration, or business administration preferred
