California Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

To support quality compliance initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Program Manager will manage program documentation, budgets, and collaboration with leadership while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure well-documented policies, workflows, and program controls align with NCQA requirements
• Manage program budgets and support project prioritization while tracking performance metrics
• Act as the primary liaison between internal departments to facilitate compliance with regulatory and accreditation efforts

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Managed Care experience in a shared service, CoE, or matrixed environment
• Understanding of NCQA Accreditation standards, HEDIS, CAHPS, and state regulatory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office
