Job Summary
To enhance Medicare Star ratings, the full-time California Licensed Program Manager will lead and manage quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing project execution in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with corporate and health plan teams to develop and implement Medicare Stars quality improvement programs
- Manages and executes Medicare Star ratings programs, tracking key performance indicators and outcomes
- Serves as the subject matter expert, providing recommendations and facilitating discussions to improve Medicare Stars performance
Required qualifications
- At least 6 years of Medicare Stars program and project management experience or equivalent education and experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Star ratings and quality improvement programs
- Advanced knowledge of quality metrics and performance standards
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent project management skills and experience in a cross-functional organization
