Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time California Licensed Program Manager will lead the strategy and administration of leave of absence and accommodation programs, ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and refine the end-to-end leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, and related accommodations
- Develop and execute a long-term leave management strategy focused on compliance and operational efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery through performance reviews and audits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in leave administration and related HR programs
- Minimum of three years of experience leading programs or projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of federal and state leave and disability laws, including FMLA and ADA
- Experience overseeing third-party leave administrators and managing vendor relationships
