Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document a standardized governance readiness and project quality review process
- Perform independent reviews of project and program documentation to ensure compliance with project management standards
- Prepare quality assessment summaries and findings for leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Project or Program Management
- PMI Certification
- Experience reviewing project controls deliverables and governance documentation
- Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management
- Expert knowledge of project controls disciplines, including scheduling and cost management
