California Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

To support high-quality event execution, the temporary California Licensed Program Manager will conduct audits of event plans, provide feedback for improvements, and analyze planning gaps while working remotely from California.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of event plans to ensure compliance with established standards and stakeholder requirements
• Document and refine plans for event readiness, providing coaching and feedback to teams for continuous improvement
• Analyze trends in planning gaps and recommend new standards or processes to enhance event quality

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Events Management role
• Deep understanding of Event Management best practices for large organizations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, event management/hospitality, or quality preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
