California Licensed Project Architect

Job Summary

Supporting the design and planning of electric vehicle operations facilities, the full-time California Licensed Project Architect will develop architectural documentation, create Revit models, and ensure compliance across multiple projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawing packages and produce site layouts, feasibility studies, and early-stage concepts for EV facilities
• Create and maintain Revit models, perform model quality reviews, and support BIM standards and documentation consistency
• Coordinate architectural layouts with project requirements and participate in design reviews to incorporate client feedback

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• California Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
• 6+ years of architectural experience with advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM model management
• Strong understanding of construction codes and ability to interpret applicable code requirements
• Experience producing schematic design and design development documentation
