Seeking a California Licensed Project Attorney with 2-6 years of experience, the full-time remote position focuses on leveraging technology for transaction-related projects, including due diligence, contract review, and collaboration with deal teams to enhance outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project intake, staffing, workflow planning, and execution for transaction support
• Handle due diligence, contract review, drafting, and audits for various transactions
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and vendors while contributing to process improvements

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor with bar admission in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
• 2-6 years of experience in project lead or supervisory roles
• Significant eDiscovery experience and familiarity with tech tools, such as TAR
• Strong supervisory and team-building skills
• Proficiency in office software and litigation support tools
