Supporting program operations for early intervention services, the full-time California Licensed Project Coordinator will perform project support tasks, including administrative duties, report generation, and meeting scheduling, all in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and assist in project organization under the supervision of the project manager
- Generate and distribute reports related to ongoing projects and key program initiatives
- Schedule meetings and track specific aspects of projects to ensure smooth operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience in a related field
- 0-1 years of experience in project coordination
- Knowledge of early childhood services and family support initiatives is a plus
