California Licensed Project Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Site Designer to lead site design efforts across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of site plans, permitting documents, and construction plan sets for diverse project types
• Coordinate AutoCAD drawings and manage project drawing lists and general drawing management
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine project requirements and document standards

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related field, or 5-10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Workspace, Bluebeam software, and ProCore
• Expertise in all phases of architectural document production and understanding of drawings and specifications
• Understanding of CA and CO zoning structures, ADU law, and applicable building codes
• Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages, from feasibility studies to construction documentation
