California Licensed Project Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the coordination and content development for public sector RFx responses, the full-time California Licensed Project Management Analyst will manage bid processes and collaborate with sales and technology teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and develop content for public sector RFx responses, managing submission responses and creating bid plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to track content preparation, revisions, and submissions while ensuring alignment with customer requirements
• Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance proposal efficiency, while maintaining knowledge of public sector procurement practices

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in proposal development or bid management for government solicitations
• 5+ years of experience in the technology consulting industry, specifically in writing roles for government organizations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Experience utilizing AI tools to improve proposal quality and efficiency
