Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager IV - Healthcare IT / HRIS Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary healthcare IT and HRIS projects across enterprise environments
• Manage multiple large-scale initiatives involving HR systems, workforce management, and operational process redesign
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise HRIS, HCM, and WFM implementations, ideally within healthcare environments
• Hands-on involvement with system configuration, workflow design, integrations, data migration, and deployment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational and technical interdependencies across large matrixed organizations
• Strong proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and ETL tools
• Experience with major HRIS platforms including data validation and troubleshooting
