Job Summary

To support a regulated environment in the pharmaceutical sector, the contract Project Manager (Bio/Pharma) will focus on GxP compliance, project management, and integrating AI tools, working remotely with occasional onsite presence in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects ensuring adherence to GxP compliance and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles
• Coordinate the integration of AI applications in project workflows within a regulated environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project initiatives and ensure timely delivery

Required qualifications

• California Licensed Project Manager certification
• Experience working in a regulated GxP environment, preferably in life sciences or pharmaceuticals
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles and processes
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and applications in a project management context
• Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area once a week or bi-weekly
