California Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee construction and demolition projects from bidding through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from bidding through closeout, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams while serving as the main point of contact
• Maintain project documentation and track progress to ensure quality and budget standards are met

Required Qualifications:

• Project management experience in construction and/or demolition
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of contracts, change orders, and project financials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
