Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee construction and demolition projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from bidding through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality and budget standards are met

Required Qualifications:

• Project management experience in construction and/or demolition
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plans
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of contracts, change orders, and project financials
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
