California Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

To support technology projects and vendor management, the contract-based California Licensed Project Manager will track budgets, analyze data, and ensure projects align with business goals while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor funding, spending, and remaining budgets across projects
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership
• Support cross-team coordination and project tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong data and financial skills, comfortable working with budgets and forecasts
• Proactive and organized with a high level of ownership and team collaboration
• Ability to simplify complex data into clear insights for presentations
• Experience in project governance and supporting decision-making processes
