Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager in a hybrid role, the successful candidate will manage day-to-day construction functions for a portfolio of utility-scale solar projects, overseeing EPC procurement, construction management, and development support.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure safety priorities are reflected in EPC contracting and manage procurement processes
- Coordinate with engineering teams and oversee project design submittals to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Act as the day-to-day project lead, maintaining project budgets, cashflows, and reporting to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or construction management
- 5+ years of EPC management and contracting experience, preferably in solar development or utility infrastructure projects
- Experience working for a utility-scale solar developer or an Independent Power Producer (IPP)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
