California Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

To enhance transportation infrastructure, the part-time hourly California Licensed Project Manager will manage federally funded projects from initiation to closure while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform project management across the project life cycle for transportation systems
• Develop programs and apply strategic problem-solving to address complex construction management issues
• Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and technical analysis reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Transportation, Urban or Regional Planning, or a related field
• 20 years of project management experience in the transportation industry
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is required
• Strong knowledge of principles related to the development and support of transportation systems
