California Licensed Project Manager
Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert in Legal and Compliance applications, the full-time California Licensed Project Manager will support Corporate Legal in migrating documents related to an M&A integration to a new Contract Lifecycle Management platform while ensuring effective project management and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and integrate business and technical processes for the Assured Partners integration
- Coordinate project activities, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes while liaising between technical and functional stakeholders
- Define project scope, strategy, and deliverable priorities, ensuring compliance with IT policies and vendor management
Required Qualifications
- Application configuration and design experience
- Minimum 5 years of technology project support experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions
