Job Summary
To support sales and operations teams, the full-time California Licensed Project Manager will optimize business systems, improve process efficiency, and ensure accurate job costing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review contracts, bids, and plans to ensure alignment with project specifications and financials
- Coordinate on-site activities with general contractors and manage project schedules and labor needs
- Create and track change orders, manage monthly billing processes, and forecast project financials
Required qualifications
- California Project Management License
- Experience in construction project management or a related field
- Proficiency in project management software, such as SAP and Procore
- Strong understanding of contract review and job costing processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
