Job Summary

California Licensed Project Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for strategic marketing, content development, and project management to support climate action and workforce development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and communications for assigned program portfolios, focusing on climate action and workforce development
• Act as the primary liaison between program partners and the Creative Services team, managing stakeholder relationships and project communication
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in integrated marketing communications, project management, and content creation
• Familiarity with California Community Colleges or higher education marketing
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple complex projects
• Ability to build subject-matter fluency in assigned portfolios
