Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time California Licensed Property Accountant will manage the financial aspects of a commercial real estate portfolio, including financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and budgeting support, while working remotely from locations in Campbell, San Jose, or Santa Clara, CA.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of property accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting principles
- Proficiency in Yardi and strong Excel skills
- Experience with lease administration preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
