Job Summary
A company is looking for a Property Management Manager to oversee operational and financial activities of multiple properties in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relations and address issues promptly, escalating to the Regional Property Manager as needed
- Act as the primary contact for property owners, ensuring objectives are met and preparing accurate reports
- Develop and control annual budgets, forecast management plans, and prepare performance reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience in Property and Facilities management
- Real Estate License required
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
- Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and improve job effectiveness
- Extensive organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
