Job Summary

Seeking an experienced California Licensed Property Manager, the full-time Property Management Executive will oversee portfolio performance, lead a team, and ensure client satisfaction through effective relationship management in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Builds relationships with customers, sets rental rates, and negotiates lease agreements
• Provides leadership to the portfolio team, addressing client issues and ensuring exceptional customer experiences
• Manages lease terminations, eviction processes, and oversees maintenance ticket resolution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Active California Real Estate license required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in property management with previous leadership experience
• Working knowledge of property regulations and proficiency in property management software
• Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications and Mac OS
