Job Summary

To support a diverse client portfolio, the full-time California Licensed Property Manager will cultivate relationships, respond to client inquiries, and manage policy renewals and claims in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivating strong relationships and serving as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and carriers
• Researching and presenting answers to client questions about policies and coverage while maintaining up-to-date knowledge on carrier products and guidelines
• Processing and submitting new and renewal clients for marketing and placement, including reviewing and summarizing quotes for accuracy

Required qualifications

• California Licensed Property Manager certification
• Mid-level experience (2-5 years) in property management or a related field
• Associate's Degree or equivalent education
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Aptitude for learning new technology and basic math skills
