Job Summary

A company is looking for a CA Licensed Psychiatric Consultant, CoCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Structured Care Review (SCR) to primary care providers, focusing on high-risk patients
• Oversee patient caseload status and population health in collaboration with Behavioral Health Care Managers
• Educate primary care providers on treatment options and support their professional development

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted medical license in CA
• Board certification in Psychiatry required; subspecialty certification highly desired
• Minimum 3 years of post-residency clinical experience
• Experience in primary care or integrated care settings
• Technical proficiency in EHRs and other relevant software
