Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage and monitor medications, assessing treatment progress and adjusting care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with other providers to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in applicable state(s) with 103 designation
• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry
• Experience in providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
• Comfortable working in a technology-enabled care environment
