Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Prescribing Physicians Psychiatrist for Virtual High Acuity Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and establish diagnoses for participants in high acuity care services
• Provide expert medication management, including prescribing and monitoring medications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement holistic treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry, ABPN
• Unrestricted California license, with willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states
• Leadership experience with a strong background in teaching and collaboration
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
• Available to work part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, including afternoon and evening hours
