California Licensed Psychologist

Job Summary

To support comprehensive mental health services, the full-time hybrid California Licensed Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide therapy, and supervise interns while working two days onsite and three days remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise psychology interns and provide training on psychological testing and therapy
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and prepare individualized reports for clients
• Deliver direct therapy, crisis intervention, and professional consultation to multidisciplinary staff

Required qualifications

• Must be a California licensed psychologist with at least 2 years of experience in mental health
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment methods and diagnostic concepts
• Experience working with adults with a history of mental illness in various settings
• Familiarity with HIPAA and mental health regulations
• Ability to travel between agency sites and work flexible hours as needed
