Job Summary

Offering total schedule control, the fully licensed California Psychotherapist will provide high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload as a 1099 independent contractor, working remotely with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
• Provide evidence-based individual and/or group therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including SOAP notes and treatment plans

Required qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted California Psychotherapist license
• Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR
• Proficiency in navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools
• Access to a private, quiet, and professional space for conducting sessions
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal caseload and administrative tasks
