Job Summary

Offering total schedule control, the fully licensed Psychotherapist will provide high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload as a 1099 Independent Contractor in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based individual and/or group therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and manage personal calendar and client volume

Required qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted California Psychotherapist license
• Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR
• Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools
• A private, quiet, and professional space for conducting sessions
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage caseload and administrative tasks independently
