Job Summary

To support a flexible practice, the fully licensed Psychotherapist will provide high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload while managing their own schedule as a 1099 independent contractor, working remotely from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
• Provide evidence-based individual and/or group therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including SOAP notes and treatment plans

Required qualifications

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted California Psychotherapist license
• Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR
• Comfortable navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and video conferencing tools
• Ability to maintain a private and professional space for conducting confidential sessions
• Self-motivated to manage caseload and administrative tasks independently
