Job Summary

Overseeing quality programs for federal projects, the full-time California Licensed Quality Control Manager will develop and manage the project Quality Control Plan, execute quality inspections, and coordinate with project teams remotely from Fort Irwin, CA.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the project Quality Control (QC) Plan per contract requirements
  • Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate required testing
  • Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of professional construction experience
  • At least 1 year serving as a Quality Control Manager on USACE or NAVFAC construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of UFGS specifications and federal construction requirements
  • Proficiency in USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS, or similar reporting software
  • Ability to review confidential US security information
