Job Summary
Overseeing quality programs for federal projects, the full-time California Licensed Quality Control Manager will develop and manage the project Quality Control Plan, execute quality inspections, and coordinate with project teams remotely from Fort Irwin, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the project Quality Control (QC) Plan per contract requirements
- Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate required testing
- Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional construction experience
- At least 1 year serving as a Quality Control Manager on USACE or NAVFAC construction projects
- Strong knowledge of UFGS specifications and federal construction requirements
- Proficiency in USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS, or similar reporting software
- Ability to review confidential US security information
