Job Summary
Providing remote consultation and education in clinical quality and patient safety, the per diem California Licensed Quality Improvement Consultant will evaluate and implement evidence-based guidelines, analyze clinical data, and support compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts advanced statistical analysis and develops quality improvement metrics to enhance patient outcomes
- Facilitates quality improvement initiatives and educates stakeholders on regulatory compliance and best practices
- Serves as a subject matter expert, providing consultation on quality improvement processes and regulations
Required qualifications:
- Minimum three years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum four years of experience in a clinical setting or health care administration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Minimum two years of experience with databases and continuous quality improvement tools
