Job Summary
Providing expert consultation and education on clinical quality and patient safety, the per diem California Licensed Quality Improvement Consultant will evaluate and implement evidence-based guidelines, analyze clinical data, and support regulatory compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and develop quality improvement metrics to enhance patient outcomes
- Facilitate education and compliance regarding regulatory requirements and quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing consultation on policies and fostering partnerships to improve patient safety
Required qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a clinical setting or health care administration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with databases and continuous quality improvement tools
