Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nursing Home Quality Improvement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned nursing homes, supporting quality improvement initiatives
- Apply evidence-based methodologies to co-design action plans for improving quality and resident safety
- Provide tailored technical assistance, education, and training to nursing homes and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field required; master's degree preferred
- Leadership experience in a nursing home setting preferred
