California Licensed Radiant Team Lead
Job Summary
To provide technical and application leadership for the Radiant clinical application, the full-time contract Radiant Team Lead will support clinical users and workflows while supervising a team of full-time employees and a contractor in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Radiant clinical application, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service for clinical users
- Supervise a team of 6 full-time employees and 1 contractor while operating with autonomy and technical expertise
- Partner with clinicians to understand and adapt clinical processes, workflows, and documentation needs, creating written protocols as necessary
Required qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience supporting the Radiant module in a support capacity
- Experience in application leadership and team supervision or management
- Radiant Certification is required
- Strong knowledge of clinical processes and application support
- Experience collaborating with clinicians to adapt clinical applications and prepare detailed specifications
