California Licensed R&D Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time California Licensed R&D Engineer will support the design, development, testing, and validation of new products and technologies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test new products and prototypes
• Create engineering specifications, test protocols, and technical documentation
• Execute verification and validation (V&V) activities and participate in risk assessments and design reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in R&D, Product Development, or Design Engineering
• Experience with product lifecycle development, testing, and validation
• Experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharma, Biotech, or Aerospace) preferred
