Job Summary
Contributing to the advancement of cardiovascular medical technologies, the full-time California Licensed R&D Engineer will design and execute research studies, develop experimental protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute research studies to evaluate biological, physiological, or engineering questions related to product development initiatives
- Develop and implement experimental protocols and test methods to support technical decision-making
- Lead technical investigations and troubleshooting activities to resolve complex product or research challenges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant research and development experience, OR Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline
- Experience designing, executing, and analyzing scientific or engineering studies in a research and development environment
- Experience generating technical documentation and data-driven recommendations to support product development decisions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance research or technology initiatives
