Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate leases and related documents
• Interface with clients and stakeholders on document drafts and deal-specific issues
• Coordinate with outside counsel and support active transactions as needed

Required Qualifications

• California-licensed attorney with 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience in retail leasing, particularly shopping centers, is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and manage a steady volume of transactions
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Outstanding references and in good standing to practice law in California
