Job Summary

To expand its footprint across the San Francisco Bay Area, a full-time California Licensed Real Estate Attorney will manage client relationships and promote national commercial real estate transaction services while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a direct point of contact for clients regarding commercial real estate transactional matters
• Conduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plans
• Develop and maintain a commercial client base by identifying and securing new business while strengthening existing client relationships

Required Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing
• 3-4 years of substantive experience, preferably in commercial real estate or commercial lending
• Demonstrated business development or sales aptitude with a client-facing mindset
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, including federal and state title insurance regulations
