Job Summary

Managing real estate disputes from intake through resolution, the full-time California Licensed Real Estate Attorney will handle all phases of litigation, develop client relationships, and craft litigation strategies while working remotely from any location in California.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all phases of real estate litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, and trial
• Craft litigation strategies and lead negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for clients
• Build and manage client relationships while contributing to business development in Southern California

Required qualifications

• Minimum three years of real estate litigation experience
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership with the California State Bar
• Experience billing hourly and accurately tracking time
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong writing, analytical, communication, and advocacy skills
